Part of the $500m Capetronic Group with $240m European sales. Achievements included the turnaround to profit of the European operation after a period of under performance, and to increase sales by 70% during my two years with the firm. The turnaround was due to improved logistics and scheduling and improved contractual arrangements.

Director of the Trafpak Group responsible for both finance and logistics.

Achievements were to return the company to profit after 8 years of losses and to grow the business threefold to $24m PA. This was achieved largely due to improved control and specifically control of demurrage and route pricing.
